Kathryn Hersey

Kathryn Hersey, CFA, currently serves as the Head of Wealth Management and Chief Investment Officer at Charlesbridge since October 2025, following a role as Managing Director of Wealth Management & Chief Investment Officer at Berkshire Bank from September 2019 to September 2025. With extensive experience in wealth management, Kathryn developed and co-managed a global sustainable investment portfolio with significant historical alpha over market benchmarks and has expertise in managing large institutional client relationships. Prior positions include Senior Vice President and Senior Portfolio Manager at Cambridge Trust Company, Executive Director of NCAA Division III Athletics Conference at NEWMAC, and positions in equity research and technology at Babson College Fund, Putnam Investments, and MicroStrategy. Kathryn holds a B.A. in Computer Science and English from Amherst College and an MBA in Finance from Babson F.W. Olin Graduate School of Business.
