Debra Luce

Debra Luce is an experienced procurement professional with a demonstrated history in various roles within the field. Currently serving as Facilities Procurement Supervisor at Charleston County School District since June 2014, Debra manages procurement and contract support for facilities maintenance, AM maintenance, and risk management, working with purchase orders both under and over the micro-threshold procurement level.
