Roger Townsend Cgfm

Roger Townsend CGFM is the owner of Townsend Governmental Accounting Services and serves as the Field Representative at U.S. Census Bureau. Townsend has previous experience as a CFO at various organizations including WV Regional Jail Authority and DHHR/WV CHIP.
