Roger Townsend CGFM is the owner of Townsend Governmental Accounting Services and serves as the Field Representative at U.S. Census Bureau. Townsend has previous experience as a CFO at various organizations including WV Regional Jail Authority and DHHR/WV CHIP. Additionally, Townsend has worked in roles such as Accountant and Parking Lot Attendant at different companies. Townsend holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Accounting from the University of Charleston.
