Scotty Crothers

Scotty Crothers has a diverse work experience spanning over two decades. Scotty currently serves as the Director of Talent Acquisition, Human Resources & Corporate Training at Charleston Hospitality Group, where they have developed training platforms and programs for new and existing employees. In addition, they have created Human Resources platforms and an orientation program for new employees to ensure their success.

Prior to this role, Crothers worked as a Life Coach & Business Consultant at Crothers & Company, where they helped clients interpret their desires, set actionable goals, and achieve them.

Scotty also served as the Vice President of Sales and Marketing at First State Manufacturing, where they developed strategic plans for generating growth and achieving sales goals. Scotty provided accurate sales forecasting and developed annual sales plans.

Earlier in their career, Crothers was the Regional Sales Director at The Rush Fitness Complex, where they mentored and trained sales teams, identified growth opportunities, and solved business-related problems.

Scotty gained experience in branding and marketing as the Director of Business Development and Brand Strategist at The Brand Consultancy. Scotty developed branding and marketing programs for assigned business units and provided strategic marketing recommendations.

Crothers began their career as the Chief Communications Officer at The Consulate General of Israel, where they developed branding initiatives, managed media relations, and built strong relationships with media outlets throughout the Southwestern United States. Overall, Scotty Crothers has a strong background in talent acquisition, human resources, coaching, sales, marketing, branding, and communications.

Scotty Crothers completed a Bachelor of Arts degree in Political Science and Communications from Clemson University between 1991 and 1995. Scotty then pursued a Master of Arts degree in Foreign Affairs from the University of Virginia between 1995 and 1996.
