Heather Hemmer

Heather Hemmer serves as the Lead Digital Records Specialist for the City of Charleston since June 2019, bringing extensive experience in information governance and management from previous roles, including Manager at Lathrop Gage from October 2015 to June 2019. Heather's career began as a Legal Administrative Assistant at Fox Galvin, LLC Attorneys at Law, progressing through various positions such as Records Coordinator and Records Analyst. Educationally, Heather holds a Bachelor's degree in Business Management from the University of Phoenix, obtained between 2013 and 2015, and attended the University of Louisville prior to that.
