Heather's career began as a Legal Administrative Assistant at Fox Galvin, LLC Attorneys at Law, progressing through various positions such as Records Coordinator and Records Analyst. Educationally, Heather holds a Bachelor's degree in Business Management from the University of Phoenix, obtained between 2013 and 2015, and attended the University of Louisville prior to that.
