Morgan Gundlach

Director Of Civic Design at City of Charleston

Morgan Gundlach's work experience includes serving as the Director of Civic Design at the City of Charleston since February 2022. Prior to this role, they held positions as a Senior Urban Designer from January 2020 to February 2022, and as an Urban Designer from October 2017 to January 2020 at the same company. Additionally, they worked as a Lecturer at Clemson University School of Architecture starting in August 2022. From August 2019 to December 2021, Morgan worked as an Adjunct Faculty member at the College of Charleston.

Morgan Gundlach earned a Bachelor of Science in Architecture from Kent State University from 2010 to 2014. From 2015 to 2017, they pursued a dual degree program at Kent State University's Cleveland Urban Design Collaborative, obtaining a Master of Urban Design and a Master of Architecture. In September 2021, Morgan obtained a certification in CNU-A (Congress for the New Urbanism) from the respective institution.
