Adam Brooks

Adam Brooks holds a prominent leadership position as Chairman of the Board at TERMONT Montréal Inc. since March 2024 and serves as Senior Vice President of Conventional Relationships at SSA Marine since February 2024. Additionally, Adam Brooks has been active on various boards, including Delaware River Stevedores, Inc., Gateway Terminals LLC, Charleston Stevedoring Company, LLC, CP&O, Texas Stevedoring Services LLC, Houston Terminal, LLC, and New Orleans Terminal LLC since 2022 and 2021 respectively, along with a role on the Board of Trustees for the Maritime Association - ILA Funds since 2015. Adam Brooks possesses a Master’s in Business Administration from the University of Phoenix (2015-2017) and a BSc in Psychology with double minors in Business Administration and Computer Science from Dalhousie University (1998-2003).
