Donald Benjamin

Donald Benjamin has over 30 years of work experience in the engineering and construction industry. Donald started their career in 1987 at Earth Tech as a Project Manager, where they worked until 2005. In 2004, they joined Charleston Water System as a Project Engineer and later became the Director of Engineering & Construction in November 2018.

Donald Benjamin completed their education in the field of Civil Engineering. Donald obtained an Associates degree in Drafting and Design from Lehigh County Community College between 1984 and 1986. Prior to that, they attended Lafayette College from 1982 to 1984, studying Civil Engineering. Donald went on to pursue a Bachelors of Science degree in Civil Engineering from The Citadel, completing their studies from 1991 to 1996.
