Earl Dupriest

Earl DuPriest is an experienced professional in civil engineering and asset management, currently serving as the Asset Management Program Manager at Charleston Water System since November 2016. Previously, Earl held the position of Executive Coordinator for Network Asset Projects and Programs at Gold Coast Water, where management of a team overseeing over a billion dollars in water and sewer infrastructure assets resulted in significant productivity improvements. Earl’s earlier roles include Senior Estimator at CivilTeam Engineering Group, where tender submissions were estimated and junior staff mentored, as well as Civil Design Project Manager at Carolina Engineering Consultants, managing projects from conception to construction. Additionally, Earl served as Senior Estimator and Project Manager at DuPriest Construction, working alongside family in developing estimates and overseeing civil construction projects. A graduate of The Citadel with a Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering, Earl maintains a strong background in both engineering and project management.
