Andrea Lay

Andrea Lay is an accomplished healthcare professional with extensive experience in clinical outreach and women's health nursing. Currently serving as the Director of Clinical Outreach at Charlie Health since November 2022, Andrea has progressed through various roles including Clinical Outreach Senior Manager and Clinical Outreach Manager. Previous experience includes positions as Lead Triage LVN at Womens Health Domain and LVN at Renaissance Women's Center. Andrea also worked as a Licensed Practical Nurse at Women Physicians in OBGYN and led nursing efforts as the Lead Licensed Practical Nurse at Planned Parenthood of Greater Ohio. Academic qualifications include a Bachelor of Science in Health Care Administration from Western Governors University and an Associate's degree in Women's Health Nursing from Hocking College.
