Christy Jones

Christy Jones, MA, LPC, CEDS, currently serves as Senior Director of Utilization Review at Charlie Health, where leadership is provided to a team of 40 high-performing Utilization Review specialists focused on obtaining authorizations for mental health disorders and substance use, while fostering partnerships with numerous insurance companies to enhance nationwide access to care. Prior experience includes building a Utilization Review team from the ground up at the same organization and holding various positions including Utilization Review Manager for the West Region at Eating Recovery Center and roles as a Private Practice Therapist and EAP Care Manager. Christy is educated with a Master's degree in Counseling Psychology from the University of North Florida and a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology from Florida State University.
