Jerrod Engelberg

Jerrod Engelberg is an experienced executive with a robust background in technology and finance. Currently serving as Chief Operating Officer at Charlie Labs since June 2025, Jerrod has previously held significant positions, including Entrepreneur in Residence at Bain Capital Crypto and Bain Capital Ventures in early 2025. Prior to that, Jerrod was the Head of Codecov at Sentry from 2022 to 2025, following a successful tenure as CEO of Codecov from 2018 to 2022, where Jerrod achieved over 1 million users and more than $5 million in annual recurring revenue before the company was acquired by Sentry. Additionally, Jerrod was Head of Venture at FundersClub from 2013 to 2017, deploying over $100 million and investing in notable companies such as $COIN, $GTLB, and $CART. Earlier career roles included Private Equity Associate at Vector Capital and Investment Banking Analyst at Greenhill & Co. Jerrod holds a Bachelor's of Science in Economics from The Wharton School and studied at Singapore Management University in 2009.
