Morten Lindhardt Madsen has a diverse work experience starting in 2009 at Experimentarium, where they worked as an Explainer/Pilot and later became an Employee representative/Tillidsmand. In 2014, they joined Radiometer as a UX Student Assistant and later became a UX Engineering Intern, gaining experience in designing, user testing, and analyzing the user experience of software and hardware features in a medical development project. From 2015 to 2017, Morten worked at DTU - Technical University of Denmark as an Assisting Teacher. Morten then joined Oticon in 2017 for their Master Thesis, where they utilized the Lean Startup methodology in developing innovative hearing aids for children. In the same year, they also worked as a Freelance Designer at Vertical Strategy. From 2017 to 2020, Morten worked at PlatoScience as a Lead UX Designer, responsible for designing the user experience for neurostimulation products and overseeing the development process. Morten later joined Coop i Danmark in 2018 as a Lead UX Designer and Digital Business Developer. In 2020, Morten worked as a Strategic & UX Designer at 1508, where they specialized in user-centered design and innovation. Most recently, they joined Charlie Tango in 2021 as a Senior User Experience Designer.
Morten Lindhardt Madsen obtained their Bachelor's degree in Design & Innovation from DTU - Technical University of Denmark. Morten pursued higher education at the same institution and earned a Master's degree in Design & Innovation. Additionally, Madsen had a brief period of study at Beredskabsstyrelsen, where they completed a program specializing in Brand, Redning og CBRN (Chemical, Biological, Radiation, Nuclear).
