Ira Pappa

Ira Pappa is a seasoned product designer currently serving as a Senior Product Designer at CharlieHR since August 2021, specializing in Progression & Development features. Pappa previously held positions at Adludio as a Product Designer and Interaction Designer, and at BDG architecture + design as a User Researcher, focusing on user observational research and data analysis. As a co-founder of Ε.Δ.Ω., Pappa developed business strategies and coordinated creative workshops. Additional experiences include research roles with TEDxAcademy and Onassis Cultural Centre Athens, as well as speaking engagements at the Royal College of Art and the Venice Biennale of Architecture. Pappa holds a Master of Arts in Design Interactions from the Royal College of Art, along with a Bachelor of Arts in Product Design from Akto College of Art and Design.
