Timi Olotu

Timi Olotu is a Nigerian-British business executive and entrepreneur. Timi is the current Director of Revenue at CharlieHR, and was previously the Head of Marketing at Rainbird Technologies and the Global Content & Demand Gen Lead at Workplace by Facebook.

Olotu began their career as a copywriter and editor for TUI Group, before moving on to WhatUsersDo as a senior writer and content strategist. In April 2017, they became the Head of Content for PatSnap.

In December 2018, Olotu joined Facebook as the Global Content & Demand Gen Lead for Workplace by Facebook. In this role, they managed people, agencies and cross-functional stakeholders, designed and executed growth strategies for the website and digital surfaces, and delivered the brand story and positioning through digital channels.

In January 2020, Olotu left Facebook to join Rainbird Technologies as the Head of Marketing. At Rainbird, they oversaw all marketing initiatives and campaigns, both online and offline.

Olotu is currently the Director of Revenue at CharlieHR. In this role, they are responsible for leading the company’s revenue strategy and growth.

Olotu pursued a Master of Arts in Creative Writing at the University of Kent and a Bachelor of Laws with honors in Law also at the University of Kent.

Timi Olotu reports to Ben Gateley, CEO & Co-Founder. They work with Amy Cowpe - Chief of Staff, Florence Woodfin - Head of Sales, and Finola Rance - People & Talent Manager.
