Katelyn Johnson has extensive experience in various roles such as Grants Manager and Donor Engagement Manager at Charlotte Ballet. Prior to that, Katelyn has worked at Converse University as Prospect Management and Research Coordinator. Katelyn holds a Bachelor of Arts in Economics and Dance from Winthrop University and is currently pursuing a Master's in Management with a focus on Professional Leadership at Converse University.

Charlotte Ballet
Founded in 1970, Charlotte Ballet is known for its strong dancers and versatile repertoire, ranging from classical ballet to bold, contemporary works. The company’s professional dancers annually present performances in Charlotte, N.C., during a season spanning from October to May. Hope Muir has served as Artistic Director since 2017. Charlotte Ballet Academy trains 700 students annually and the company has nationally recognized educational and community programs. Charlotte Ballet operates the Patricia McBride and Jean-Pierre Bonnefoux Center for Dance in uptown Charlotte.
