David Becher is an experienced professional with a background in both golf operations and marketing. Currently serving in outside operations at Charlotte Country Club since July 2025, Becher manages all aspects of golf services to enhance member and guest experiences. Concurrently, as a caddie at Quail Hollow Club since October 2024, Becher provides assistance to golfers, ensuring enjoyable rounds. Previously, Becher held key marketing roles, including Senior Product Category Manager at Premier Inc., where management of a $51M medical product portfolio was pivotal, and Senior Marketing Manager at HARTMANN GROUP, overseeing a $22M portfolio in advanced wound management. Becher's early career included sales efforts at Greatest Smiles On Earth, contributing to patient engagement during the onset of COVID-19. Becher holds a Bachelor of Science in Marketing from The Ohio State University Fisher College of Business.

Charlotte Country Club
Charlotte Country Club was founded in 1910 and is located four miles east of uptown Charlotte, in the historic Plaza-Midwood neighborhood. Charlotte Country Club is known as a top 20 private club in the United States. The Club was also recognized as a Top-50 Platinum Club of the World by the Club Leaders Forum. Our 18-hole Donald Ross golf course was restored by architect Ron Prichard and was awarded the 2009 Best Remodel of the Year by Golf Digest. Our course is ranked #63 in GolfWeek's 2012 Classic Courses. The yardage is 7,335 yards with a 75.9 rating and 146 slope. Our Club has hosted three USGA championships: 1972 U.S. Men's Amateur, 2000 U.S. Senior Men's Amateur, and 2010 U.S. Women's Amateur. Our historic 68,000 square foot Clubhouse was restored in 2008-2009. The restoration included original moldings and millwork, chandeliers, priceless murals, antique furniture, and much more of our Club’s special treasures. This was truly a historic restoration to bring to life the rich traditions of our Club’s historic past. Our outstanding tennis facilities include 12 clay courts, 4 hard courts, 3 indoor clay courts, and 2 squash courts. The pool complex houses five swimming pools including a competition pool, diving pool, adult pool, children's pool, and wading pool.
