Bryan Scales

Bryan Scales is an accomplished soccer coach and administrator with extensive experience in youth and collegiate athletics. Currently serving as the Executive Director - Academy and Academy Head Coach at Charlotte FC since July 2021, Scales previously held the position of Director of Youth Development at New England Revolution from November 2009 to April 2021. Scales has also been the NCAA Division II Head Men’s Soccer Coach at University of Massachusetts Lowell and has experience with the U.S. Soccer Federation as an Assistant Coach for the U15 Youth National Team and a Youth National Team Scout. As the NCAA Division I Head Men’s Soccer Coach at Cornell University from July 1994 to December 2008, Scales earned accolades including Ivy League Runner-up and NY Region Division I Coach of the Year. Scales began coaching at the NCAA Division I level at Harvard University and has also served as an Assistant Coach at the State University of New York College at Plattsburgh. Bryan Scales holds a Bachelor's degree in Political Science and Government from Hartwick College.
