Rob Longo

Rob Longo is an accomplished media professional with extensive experience in sports broadcasting and production. Currently serving as the Hornets Radio Network Manager for the Charlotte Hornets since January 2021, Longo produces all game broadcasts, provides in-game updates, and hosts halftime and postgame shows. Longo has also held producer and studio host roles with Learfield IMG College, primarily for University of Michigan sports, and has experience working with ESPN, NBC, and other networks as a communication freelancer. Previous roles include teaching assistant for exceptional children, baseball umpire, and positions in athletics video production and sports journalism. Longo holds a Bachelor of Arts in Communication with a focus on Sports Broadcasting from Waynesburg University and a Master of Education from Saint Francis University.
