Ryan Gisriel

Ryan Gisriel currently serves as the Vice President of Basketball Operations & Strategy for the Charlotte Hornets, a position held since March 2024. Prior to this role, Ryan accumulated extensive experience at the Brooklyn Nets from June 2013 to March 2024, advancing through various positions including Executive Director of Basketball & Business Operations, Director of Basketball Operations, Director of Basketball Administration, Assistant to the General Manager, Special Projects Coordinator, and Basketball Operations Intern. Earlier career experience includes serving as Assistant to the Chairman and as an intern at the Shapiro Negotiations Institute from 2009 to 2012. Ryan holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in Political Science from the University of Notre Dame.
