Tiara Brown

Tiara Brown has a wide range of work experience, primarily focused on corporate social responsibility. Tiara started their career as an intern for Mid-South Conference Athletics and Make-A-Wish Foundation in 2010. In 2008, they worked as a Teller for Chase and then moved on to Fifth Third Bank, where they served as a Lead Customer Service Representative and New Hire Employee Coach from 2011 to 2013.

In 2013, Tiara began their tenure with the Charlotte Bobcats as an Intern in Community Relations. Tiara then transitioned to the Charlotte Hornets organization, where they held various positions in Corporate Social Responsibility. Tiara started as a Coordinator from 2014 to 2016, then became a Manager from 2016 to 2019, and finally a Senior Manager from 2019 to 2022. In their roles, Tiara planned and executed numerous philanthropic initiatives, managed partner relationships, and collaborated with cross-functional teams to implement media plans. Tiara also spearheaded the renovation of a community center and played a key role in the organization's COVID-19 relief efforts.
