Jason Strange has a diverse work experience in the field of soccer coaching. Jason started their career in 2010 as the Director of Coaching at FC Carolina Alliance and held this role until 2014. In the same year, they joined Davidson College as an Assistant Coach and worked there until an unspecified date. Following this, Jason became the Director of Field Operations at Charlotte Independence Soccer Club in 2014 and their tenure there is ongoing. Finally, in 2018, they joined Catawba College as an Assistant Soccer Coach, and their employment status remains current.
Jason Strange earned a Bachelor of Science (BS) degree in Sports Administration from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill, where they studied from 2001 to 2008.

Charlotte Independence Soccer Club (CISC) has over 12,000 members – serving Youth and Adult Recreation, Competitive, Boys Elite Club’s National League (ECNL), Girls ECNL, and Boys U.S. Development Academy teams. CISC’s mission is to develop, promote and administer the game of soccer using key values of character, commitment, community, competition, and communication as the guiding principles to provide exceptional experience, while also developing and promoting life lessons and values.
