Kalla Stark is an experienced soccer coach and administrator with a robust background in youth development and coaching education. Currently serving as the Director of Coaching Girls South at Charlotte Independence Soccer Club since March 2021, Kalla oversees the U12-19 girls programs and the ECRL program. Previous roles include U13-U18 NNM Girls Director of Coaching and senior coaching positions at Carolina Rapids Soccer Club. Kalla co-founded the South African Youth Football Institute and Kinder Soccer Academy, and held various development and operational roles in multiple clubs, including Triangle United Soccer Association. Kalla's educational credentials include a UEFA A-Licence from the DFB (German Soccer Association) and a Master's degree in Sport Science from the German Sport University.

Charlotte Independence Soccer Club (CISC) has over 12,000 members – serving Youth and Adult Recreation, Competitive, Boys Elite Club’s National League (ECNL), Girls ECNL, and Boys U.S. Development Academy teams. CISC’s mission is to develop, promote and administer the game of soccer using key values of character, commitment, community, competition, and communication as the guiding principles to provide exceptional experience, while also developing and promoting life lessons and values.
