Thomas Finlay has a strong background in executive management within the soccer industry. Thomas is currently serving as the CEO of Charlotte Independence Soccer Club. Prior to this role, they were the Executive Director of Carolina Rapids Soccer Club for over 13 years, where they were responsible for daily operations and strategic management.
