Eric Brown has extensive experience in operations and customer service within the sports and hospitality sectors. Currently serving as a Food Runner at Slice House Pizza since May 2017 and as Team Operations Manager for Charlotte Independence since March 2022, Eric has also held the role of Gameday Operations Intern for the same organization. Prior to these positions, Eric gained valuable experience as a Student Football Recruiting Assistant at the University of North Carolina at Charlotte from August 2019 to December 2021. Eric holds a Bachelor's degree in Sports Communication from the University of North Carolina at Charlotte, completed in 2021.
Charlotte Independence
New ownership acquired the USL franchise rights for Charlotte, NC in 2014 and began play on March 27, 2015 under a new team name: Charlotte Independence. Sights are set on moving Uptown to a revitalized American Legion Memorial Stadium in 2021. In the meantime, the team is proud to call the Sportsplex at Matthews home. Let's Ride!
