Lindsay Dewalt

Lindsay DeWalt currently serves as the Director of Wellness and Culture at Charlotte Lab School, a position held since December 2023. Prior to this role, Lindsay worked in student services at Charlotte-Mecklenburg Schools from August 2021 to December 2023. Lindsay's previous experience includes serving as an Assistant Principal and School Counselor at Duval County Public Schools, where responsibilities encompassed leadership team involvement, oversight of summer school, and coordination of various meetings. Earlier roles also included School Counselor positions at Catalina Foothills High School and in multiple schools within Duval County Public Schools, along with an Intervention Specialist role at Toledo Public Schools. Lindsay holds a Master's degree in Counselor Education from The University of Toledo and a Bachelor's degree in Psychology from the same institution.
