Leonel Pozo

Leonel Pozo is a dedicated professional with experience in law enforcement and sales management. Currently serving as a Police Officer with the Charlotte-Mecklenburg Police Department since April 2024, Leonel previously worked at TTI Floor Care North America, where roles included Sales Manager for Home Depot and Associate Channel Manager from July 2020 to November 2023. Prior experience includes serving as a Field Marketing Representative at Techtronic Industries, Office Manager for FIU VP EMS, Head Track and Field/Cross Country Coach at Miami Coral Park Senior High, and Computer Assistant at the FIU Office of Financial Aid. Leonel earned a Bachelor of Science in Criminal Justice from Florida International University, completing the degree in 2018.
