Major Kay I

Major Kay I has extensive experience in law enforcement, having served as a Detective with the Charlotte-Mecklenburg Police Department since 1989, including a specialized role in the Special Victims Division. Educationally, Major Kay I holds a Bachelor's Degree in Criminal Justice and Corrections from North Carolina Central University, earned in 1988, and is currently pursuing a Master’s Degree in Theology/Theological Studies at Hood Theological Seminary, with studies ongoing since 2016.
