Morgan Parks

Morgan Parks, MPA, currently serves as the Research & Strategic Planning Manager at the Charlotte-Mecklenburg Police Department, having progressed through various roles including Management Analyst Senior, Management Analyst, and Intern since February 2016. Prior experience includes a position as Terminal Solutions Analyst at APM Terminals and work as a Research Associate at Ahmed Lab, where genetics research using C. elegans was conducted. Additionally, Morgan participated in a project at Maria's Libraries to develop a library management system in Busia, Kenya, and served as a Minority Advisor at the UNC Office of Diversity and Multicultural Affairs. Morgan holds a Master of Public Administration from the University of North Carolina at Charlotte and a Bachelor of Arts in Public Policy Analysis from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill.
