Stephan Holmes

Stephan Holmes is an experienced law enforcement professional currently serving as a Police Officer with the Charlotte-Mecklenburg Police Department since January 2022. Prior to this role, Stephan accumulated significant experience with the City of Memphis from January 2017 to December 2021, where responsibilities included both uniform patrol duties and serving as a Police Detective in the Organized Crime Unit. Earlier career experience includes serving as a Deputy Sheriff with the Perry County Sheriff's Office from February 2015 to January 2017. Academically, Stephan is pursuing a Master of Science in Criminal Justice Leadership and Executive Management from Walden University, with an expected graduation in December 2023, and holds a Bachelor of Science in Criminal Justice/Forensic Science and an Associate of Science in Criminal Justice, both obtained from American Intercontinental University.
