Alicia Thompson

Alicia Thompson is currently the Dean of Culture and Instruction at Charlotte-Mecklenburg Schools. Prior to this role, Alicia gained experience as a Biology Teacher and Science Department Chair in the same school district. Alicia also owns Thompson Education Center, LLC where Alicia provides CPR training and academic tutoring services. Additionally, Alicia works as a Homeowner Association Community Manager at Key Community Management. Alicia holds a Master of Science in Educational Leadership and Administration from Concordia University-Wisconsin, a Master of Education in Divergent Learner from Columbia College, and a Bachelor of Science in Microbiology from East Tennessee State University.
