Celeste Spears-Ellis

Celeste Spears-Ellis has extensive experience in education within Charlotte-Mecklenburg Schools, starting as an Elementary School Teacher from 1994 to 2000, and progressing through various roles, including Principal Intern and Assistant Principal. From 2006 to 2009, Celeste served as Principal of Davidson Elementary School, followed by a Principal position at Allenbrook Elementary School until 2014. Currently, Celeste holds the position of Assistant Principal for a high school since 2001 and has been the Principal at David Cox Road Elementary School since 2014. Celeste holds a Master's degree in School Administration and a Bachelor's degree in Elementary Education from the University of North Carolina at Charlotte.
