Jaime Tecza

Jaime Tecza is an experienced educational leader with a career spanning over two decades in various roles within the Charlotte-Mecklenburg Schools and Cabarrus County Schools. Currently serving as Principal at Charlotte-Mecklenburg Schools since June 2014, Jaime has previously held positions as Assistant Principal of Instruction and Dean of Students, as well as a 6th Grade Administrator/Principal Intern. Jaime began the educational career as a Fourth & Fifth Grade Teacher/Team Lead. Academic qualifications include a Master of School Administration and Curriculum Instruction from the University of North Carolina at Charlotte and a Bachelor of Science in Elementary Education from Gannon University.
