Jennifer Schroeder

Jennifer Schroeder is an experienced educational leader currently serving as a Principal at Charlotte-Mecklenburg Schools. With over two decades in various educational roles, including positions as Principal at Randolph IB Middle School and Crestdale Middle School, Jennifer has a proven track record of enhancing student achievement, improving school culture, and implementing effective curricula resources. Prior to administrative roles, Jennifer worked as a Mathematics Teacher at multiple high schools. Education credentials include a Doctor of Education in Educational Leadership from Wingate University and multiple degrees in Mathematics from the University at Buffalo.
