Kim. Robinson-Heard

Kim Robinson-Heard has extensive experience in vocal music instruction and music business management. Currently serving as the Department Chair and Vocal Music Instructor at Charlotte-Mecklenburg Schools since July 2018, Kim previously held the role of Vocal Music Instructor at Baltimore County Public Schools from August 2014 to July 2018. Additional experience includes a position as Business Management Assistant at Mid-Mountains Productions, where responsibilities included assisting with music production and talent scouting, as well as an internship at Growing Soul Records focusing on budget organization and social media strategy management. Educational qualifications include a Master of Music in Music Business and Entertainment Industries from the University of Miami and a Bachelor of Arts in Music Performance from Morgan State University. Kim also gained early experience as a Stage Manager/Assistant to the Director at the Baltimore Summer Opera Workshop.
