Mojdeh Harlan

Mojdeh Harlan currently serves as the Principal of Smithfield Elementary School under Charlotte-Mecklenburg Schools since June 2024. Previously, Mojdeh has held various roles within the same school district, including Talent Acquisition Manager, Human Resources Manager, Elementary School Principal, Assistant Principal, and Teacher, accruing extensive experience from August 2000 to April 2023. Educational credentials include a Master's degree in Elementary and Middle School Administration/Principalship from Gardner-Webb University, obtained between June 2006 and August 2008, and a Bachelor's degree in Dance Education from the University of North Carolina at Charlotte, completed between June 1996 and December 2000.
