Susan Nichols

Susan Nichols, Ed.D., has extensive experience in educational leadership, currently serving as Principal for Charlotte-Mecklenburg Schools since August 2014. Prior to this role, Susan served as Principal at Concord Middle School for Cabarrus County Schools and held positions as an Assistant Principal of Instruction at Northwest Cabarrus High School. Susan's academic background includes a Doctor of Education in Curriculum and Instruction from Gardner-Webb University and a Master of School Administration from the University of North Carolina at Charlotte. Additionally, Susan has experience as a Spanish and French teacher across various schools, contributing to a robust career in both teaching and administration.
