Susanne Smiley

Susanne Smiley has a diverse professional background that includes experience in education, volunteer work, and business analysis. Currently serving as a Teaching Assistant at Charlotte-Mecklenburg Schools and as a media center volunteer, Susanne also manages teams at Charlotte Soccer Academy as a volunteer team manager. Prior to these roles, Susanne was a Preschool Substitute Teacher at Matthews United Methodist Church and a dedicated volunteer at the Humane Society of Charlotte. A former Senior Business Analyst at Premier Inc., Susanne utilized Agile methodologies to deliver impactful products, and previously held consulting roles at CGI and Principle Solutions Group. Susanne holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science from William & Mary.
