Yeffer Corro

Yeffer Corro is an experienced educator currently serving as a Gifted & Talented/Exceptional Children Specialist at Charlotte-Mecklenburg Schools since July 2017. Previous roles include mathematics teacher at Chatham Middle School and a dual language program educator for 7th and 8th grades. Additionally, Yeffer held the position of Coordinator for the Partners of the Americas in Valencia, Venezuela, facilitating international scholarships through the Youth Ambassadors Program, and served as Evaluation Services Coordinator and math/science teacher at Colegio Venezolano Alemán "La Esperanza." Yeffer's educational credentials include a Bachelor of Education in Math and Physics, a Master's degree in Education for the Gifted and Talented, and ongoing doctoral studies in Public Policy at the University of North Carolina at Charlotte.
