Anthony Messer is an experienced professional specializing in emergency management and disaster operations. Since March 2016, Anthony has served as the Director of Emergency Management and Disaster Operations at MEDIC. In addition, Anthony has held the position of Director of National Operations and Deputy Director for Region IV at HELP Disaster Management since January 2012, where responsibilities include maintaining relationships with local emergency management authorities and overseeing weather monitoring and disaster response. Anthony also contributes as a firefighter at Charlotte Motor Speedway, providing fire suppression at NASCAR events, and works as a paramedic with North Carolina SMAT II and Transylvania County EMS. Previous experience includes serving as a Critical Care Paramedic at Mission Hospital from October 2008 to October 2011.
