Jimmy Ussery

Jimmy Ussery is an experienced professional in the field of emergency services and logistics, with a career spanning several decades. Currently serving as an Instructor and Logistics member at Charlotte Motor Speedway since 2009, Ussery has been pivotal in coordinating NASCAR's Advanced Track Services Training Program and event logistics for major NASCAR events. Previous roles include Facility Safety Officer, where Ussery provided leadership in safety and risk management, and Fire Chief at Martinsville Speedway, responsible for managing fire and rescue operations. Throughout a diverse career, including positions as Southeastern Account Manager at J&B Medical Supply and Regional Equipment Specialist at Municipal Emergency Services, Ussery has developed extensive expertise in emergency equipment supply, training, and compliance with regulatory standards. Ussery holds two associate degrees, one in Criminal Justice from Danville Community College and another in Business Administration from Patrick & Henry Community College.
