Jim Goulden

Jim Goulden is an experienced professional currently serving as the Irrigation Division Manager at Charlotte Pipe and Foundry Company since April 2017, where business operations for agriculture, turf, waterworks, and pool markets are led with a focus on PVC pipe and fitting products. Previously, Jim held the position of President and CEO at Accord Industries from March 2007 to March 2017, a company specializing in PVC pipe manufacturing for various markets in the southeastern United States. Jim's career also includes roles as Vice President/General Manager at Modtech, Inc., overseeing supply chain management, and General Manager at APW, where profit and loss for a $100MM operating unit were managed. Additionally, Jim served as a Commissioned Officer in the US Navy Reserve from 1983 to 1995. Educational credentials include a B.S. with Honors in Marine Engineering Systems from the United States Merchant Marine Academy and an MBA from the University of Virginia Darden School of Business.
