Joseph P.

Joseph P. has a diverse work experience. Joseph started their career in the United States Army as an Operations specialist from 1996 to 2001. In 2008, they joined Charlotte Pipe and Foundry Company, initially as a Manufacturing Production Manager, responsible for ensuring safety and efficiency in production processes. In 2010, they transitioned to the role of New Product Development Project Manager, leading cross-functional teams and identifying new product opportunities. Since 2013, they have been the Vice President of BI and Analytics, utilizing their skills to drive business intelligence and analytics strategies at Charlotte Pipe and Foundry.

Joseph P. completed the Harvard Business Analytics Program from 2019 to 2020, focusing on Business Analytics. Prior to that, they obtained a Master's degree in Business Administration and Management, General from American InterContinental University between 2009 and 2010. Before their Master's, Joseph earned a Bachelor of Business Administration - BBA degree in Project Management from the same institution, from 2007 to 2009. In terms of certifications, they achieved the Scrum Master Certified (SMC) from Scrum.org in April 2019. Joseph also holds the Project Management Professional (PMP) certification from the Project Management Institute, earning it in June 2011. Lastly, they obtained the New Product Development Professional (NPDP) certification from NPDP in June 2010.
