Josh McDonald

Josh McDonald has a diverse work experience in data analysis and business intelligence. Josh started their career as a Peer Tutor at the University of Cincinnati, where they provided assistance in subjects like Business Analytics, Calculus, Statistics, and Operations Management.

After that, Josh worked as a Statistical Reporting Co-op at American Modern Insurance Group, specializing in monitoring collector vehicle insurance statuses. Josh also served as a Business Intelligence Co-op, gaining hands-on experience in statistical reporting.

Josh then joined Cincinnati Children's Hospital Medical Center as a Quality & Transformation Co-op, where they contributed to projects like Biodiagnostic tracking and the Readmissions Leadership Team.

Josh continued to develop their skills in data analysis and business intelligence at Medpace, where they worked as a Business Intelligence Analyst. Josh was involved in creating efficiencies in report generation, combining data into dashboards, and ETL processes using tools like Power BI, SQL Server, Snowflake, and Excel.

Currently, Josh is working at Charlotte Radiology as a BI Analyst/Engineer, utilizing their expertise to analyze and engineer data.

Josh McDonald attended the University of Cincinnati Carl H. Lindner College of Business from 2014 to 2018, where they pursued a Bachelor's Degree in Engineering/Industrial Management.
