Tim Baier

Tim Baier is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in media and entrepreneurship. As the Chief Executive Officer and Co-Founder of Spiracle Media since March 2011, Tim leads a dedicated team focused on creating impactful storytelling that emphasizes brand authenticity. In addition to this role, Tim contributes to the Charlotte Regional Business Alliance as a member of the Board of Trustees, supporting community growth and strategic direction. Tim also serves on the Board of Advisors for EO Charlotte, fostering innovation and collaboration within the local entrepreneurial ecosystem. Previous roles include sports anchoring positions at Spectrum News and WVII/WFVX BANGOR, and production roles at Intersport and FOX Sports. Tim holds a Master's degree in Broadcast Journalism from Northwestern University and a Bachelor's degree in Political Science and Government with Communications from Boston College.
