Joanne Jolly-Ellis

Joanne Jolly-Ellis is an accomplished event management professional with extensive experience in coordinating and executing successful events. Currently serving as the Event Manager at the Bojangles Entertainment Complex under the Charlotte Regional Visitors Authority since September 2021, Joanne previously worked at Halifax Community College for over 16 years, where roles included Special Events Coordinator and Administrative Assistant. In these positions, Joanne managed logistical requirements for events, directed Front of House functions, recruited and trained staff, and maintained financial records. Joanne holds a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration and Human Resources from Adelphi University and an Associate of Science in Business Administration from Nassau Community College.
