Demetra Pinsent

Demetra Pinsent is the CEO of Charlotte Tilbury Beauty, a position held since February 2012, demonstrating a strong leadership role in the beauty industry. Prior to this, Demetra served as a Partner at McKinsey & Company from September 1999 to February 2012, where significant consulting experience was gained. Education includes an M Phil in Economic and Social History from the University of Oxford, obtained between 1997 and 1999, and a BA in Social Studies from Harvard University, completed from 1993 to 1997. Demetra's foundational education was completed at Leaside High School from 1988 to 1993.
