Doreen Arbel

Doreen Arbel is an experienced executive in the beauty and cosmetics industry, currently serving as General Manager for North America at Charlotte Tilbury Beauty since November 2020. Prior to this role, Doreen held the position of General Manager for YSL Beauté USA at L'Oréal from April 2019 to August 2020. Doreen's extensive career at L'Oréal includes senior leadership roles such as Senior Vice-President of Lancome Marketing, Vice President of Giorgio Armani Beauty Marketing, and Assistant Vice President across various divisions including Maybelline and Garnier. Doreen's professional journey began in advertising with roles at Leo Burnett and Cossette Communications. Doreen obtained a Bachelor of Commerce degree in Marketing and Strategy from McGill University in 1998.
