Josephine Isherwood

Josephine Isherwood is an accomplished business development and strategy professional currently serving as the Head of Business Development and Strategy at Charlotte Tilbury Beauty since September 2022. Prior to this role, Josephine worked as a Strategy Manager at La Perla from April 2020 to September 2022 and gained valuable experience as a Management Consultant and Analyst at Accenture from March 2017 to March 2020.
