Katie Wilcock

Katie Wilcock is an accomplished recruitment professional with extensive experience in talent acquisition and project management. Currently serving as Executive Assistant to the Chief People Officer and General Manager UK at Charlotte Tilbury Beauty since May 2018, Katie has also held various roles in talent acquisition across the EMEA region. Prior to this, Katie worked at The Talent Group (UK) as a Project Consultant and Resourcing Coordinator, managing high-volume recruitment projects and coordinating graduate recruitment for major retail clients. Earlier experience includes serving as an Account Manager at Benefit Cosmetics. Katie's educational background includes attendance at Ash Manor School from 2005 to 2009.
